Located in the heart of the historic center of the city, whithin walking distance from the socall "Triangle of Art" formed by the city's main museums (El Prado, Reina Sofia Modern Art Museum and Thyssen Bornemisza contemporaneous art museum). This new hotel is one of the most modern hotels of the city and is located in the famous "Barrio de Las Letras", just a few steps from the Plaza de Santa Ana and the Puerta del Sol.

The hotel occupies 5 ancient buildings of the city center, that have been completely renovated to build the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, very close to the Thyssen, Prado, Fine Arts and Reina Sofía museums. Only 3 minutes away from Puerta del Sol.
A 10 minute walk away from Plaza de Opera, Plaza de Oriente and Palacio Real (Royal Palace).
You can also take the guided tourist bus (which stops a few meters away from the hotel).

Nice rooms, not very big - but very clean and tastfully decorated. Breakfast was ok ! And perfect location to visit Madrid.

Location was greate. Hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Hotel was not flexible on check out time. Although it was quit empty and we asked from begining due to very late flight. Have been in many other hotels that were friendlier and flexible in case the rooms were not booked.

The ambience the professionalism and friendleness of the staff

Room was a bit tight. If staying for more than a weekend a lack of storage space.

Location was great. It's very close to the Plaza Santa Ana and near the Calle de las huertas so was very convenient.

Rooms are really, really small. The focus of the decor seems to be on form over function. There was no place to put suitcases; barely room to walk. some of the hotel staff were rather rude. Showers were difficult to use as water got all over the bathroom with any shower. We almost slipped and fell due to this. The water was either scalding or freezing.

beautiful room, unbelievable location.

bathroom was unfinished, or new, as the shower leaked onto the floor. The room was also a little small - difficult to put your case anywhere.

Location was excellent, except intersection is quite noisy. Rooms/beds
are comfortable.

As noted, our room was very noisy (E.G., car noise, garbage being
emptied, etc.). There were also several annoying glitches: the ac didn't
work in our first room so we had to switch, and the tv didn't work in
our children's room for several days. Even more annoying was the
tendency for the staff to promise they would do something (E.G., bring
an extra blanket) but not follow through.
